We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Where are orders dispatched from?

To offer direct-to-consumer value and competitive pricing, all orders are dispatched internationally directly from our specialized manufacturing and fulfillment partners in Asia.

Will I have to pay customs, import duties, or fees upon delivery?

No. All import duties and taxes are prepaid by North London (Duty Prepaid). You will never be charged additional customs, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery in the UK. The price displayed at checkout is your final price.

How much does UK shipping cost and what are the timeframes?

We offer Free Standard Shipping (£0.00) on all UK orders, with no minimum spend required.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your package is dispatched (following our 1–3 business day handling window), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking code to follow transit status via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD online.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window (combining your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK law with our extended voluntary policy). To qualify for a full refund, items should be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached). We charge zero restocking fees (£0.00).

Where do I send my return?

All returns must be authorized prior to shipping by emailing info@north-london-style.com. Authorized returns are sent to our UK return forwarding facility in Bristol.

*Important Warning: Do not ship returns to our registered corporate office in Assen, Netherlands. It is strictly an administrative office and cannot accept or process returned packages.

Who pays for return shipping?

• Change of Mind: Return postage is paid by the customer.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: North London covers or reimburses return shipping costs.
• Exchanges (Size/Color): A small fee applies to cover reshipping the replacement item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once inspected at our UK return forwarding facility in Bristol, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Can I amend or cancel an order?

Please contact us immediately at info@north-london-style.com prior to our daily 8:00 PM CET cutoff. Order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once warehouse fulfillment has started.
