At North London (commercially operated by Feedflow), customer satisfaction is paramount. We comply fully with statutory EU consumer protection laws (including the 14-day Statutory Right of Withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Dutch Civil Code) as well as the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In addition, we extend a voluntary 30-day return policy to all our customers.

2. EU & UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As an entity established in the Netherlands, Feedflow guarantees consumers their statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht) under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), as well as the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the goods.
• Exercising the Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email to info@north-london-style.com) prior to the expiration of the 14-day period. You may state your order number and request a return form.
• Effects of Withdrawal: Upon valid notice, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the purchased goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.

3. Extended 30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

Beyond your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, North London offers an extended voluntary return period of up to 30 days from the delivery date. Items returned under this extended period must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and packed in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Request Authorization: Contact customer support at info@north-london-style.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Receive Instructions: Once authorized, our team will provide the exact return form and shipping instructions for our UK return forwarding facility.
• Ship the Package: Pack the items securely. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot issue refunds for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned parcel is delivered to our UK forwarding facility and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing times may add an additional 1–3 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
