Return Process
- Request Approval: Email us at info@north-london-style.com with your order number.
- Receive Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the correct UK return address and a return form.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely. We recommend trackable shipping, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refund Timeline
Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 days for your bank to process the transaction.

Our registered address in the Netherlands is NOT a return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be received or processed. All returns must be approved by customer support before shipping to our authorized UK warehouse.
